1. Do I need to register before I can purchase from the online shop?
- Yes. We need to know certain information, especially contact details to be able to complete your transaction
2. How do I register?
- You can register by simply clicking the “register” button located at the upper right hand corner of the page, and completing the necessary information.
3. I cannot log-in to my account. What should I do?
4. Am I allowed to modify my order details? How?
5. In case the product I want to order is out of stock, can I order/reserve for it in advance?
- All products/services available in our store are considered exclusive deals. They are not available anywhere else. As such, we have limited stocks and the products have expiration dates.
6. Can I still place an order if I am currently not in the Philippines?
- Yes you may, as long as you complete the transaction and payment.
7. When can I order?
- You may purchase anytime, but our online store hours are 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. Purchase made beyond the cut-off time will be processed the following working day.
8. When can I pay for my orders?
- You can pay for your orders anytime you want but please note that for those who will use direct bank transfer as a mode of payment, you have to send a copy of the deposit slip to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Payments will be verified only during the online store hours.
9. Where can I redeem the vouchers?
- You may redeem the purchased vouchers at any of the Great Image studios listed on the voucher itself.
10. Until when can I redeem the vouchers?
- You can redeem the vouchers on or before the expiration date which you will find on the voucher itself.
11. Can I send vouchers as gifts?
- Yes. We have selected products which you can send as a gift.
12. Does the recipient of the gift voucher need to register for an account?
- No. All the recipient needs to have is a valid email address.
13. Is there a maximum or minimum number of orders?
- There is none. You may order any amount of products as long as you complete the online transaction.
14. How can I keep track of my orders?
- We will keep you in track of your order through email notifications
