        HOW TO TO JOIN:

1.       PURCHASE A PACKAGE

Clients need to purchase any of the following packages to qualify:

2.      INFORM CLIENTS OF QUALIFICATION

Clients with purchase of any participating products are qualified to join the raffle. 1 receipt = 1 raffle entry.

3.      RECEIVE LOGIN CREDENTIALS

Branch to accurately input all the CIS information to POS. Once the payment is settled, branch personnel must open the Great Cruise Raffle POS Dashboard and “tag” client’s name/email address for the POS to automatically send login credentials to client’s email address. Login credential contains login username and password to access the raffle registration form.

4.     SCAN A QR CODE TO REGISTER

Clients can click on the registration link via email or scan the QR Code available in-store to access the registration form. Clients must fill out all the required details in the promo registration form and upload a clear copy of their official receipt or invoice. Branch need to double-check the information for accuracy, as any discrepancies may result in raffle disqualifications

THE GREAT CRUISE RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Only a single receipt or invoice with GO GREATER COSMO PLUS, GO GREATER ENLARGEMENT PLUS OR GREAT MOMENTS DIGI-CANVAS PLUS purchase within the promo period only will be allowed. Otherwise, it will not be considered a valid entry. One (1) single-receipt is equivalent to one (1) entry.

2. Prizes are transferable but cannot be converted to cash. Once ticketed, it cannot be rebooked

3. The winners and his/her companion are solely responsible for obtaining any travel documents required for the trip after they are notified by Great Image. Failure to provide the travel documents will result in forfeiture with prior approval of the DTI. Failure to provide the travel documents until January 31, 2025 will result in prize forfeiture.

4. Raffle Draw will be held at the Great Image Head Office, 17 Brooklyn St. Brgy. Immaculate Concepcion Cubao Quezon City on January 6, 2025, 9:00 AM under the supervision of a DTI representative.

5. Purchases made in any Great Image branch nationwide with official receipts will be considered as valid entries. Purchases outside the store will not be valid.

6. Great Image will draw one (1) winner for 6D5N Trip to Hong Kong with Disneyland via Cruise and one (1) winner for 4D3N trip to El Nido, Palawan.

7. Promo duration and submission of entries is from October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 only. E-raffle draw date will be on January 6, 2025. 

8. Deadline for receiving the entries will be on December 31, 2024, 7:00 PM within the store premise.

9. Winners will be notified via Registered mail, Email, SMS, and Phone Call. Winners will also be announced via Facebook page of Great Image Philippines.

10. Great Image Services Corp. reserves the right to suspend release of items or void any e-raffle entry should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.

12. Additional expenses outside the standard tour package to be incurred during 4D3N Trip to El Nido, Palawan and 6D5N Trip to Hong Kong via Cruise shall be shouldered by the winners.

13.  A participant who is a potential winner but fails to respond to a verification request or fails to provide the necessary and adequate documents and information for verification within 48 hours from being contacted by Great Image representatives shall be considered as disqualified.

14. The winners have 60 days from receipt of the registered mail. If the prize is not claimed within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail, it can be forfeited in favor of Great Image with prior DTI approval.
