  1. The E-voucher will be automatically sent to your registered Email address once the transaction is complete.
  2. Print and present the E-voucher at your selected Great Image branch [For multiple purchases under one E-voucher, kindly reprint the E-voucher on your next visit in case you’ll not redeem all the availed voucher in one (1) day].
  3. Reservations are encouraged; please call your selected Great Image branch to schedule your photo session.
  4. The E-voucher is valid for any kind of photo session.
  5. Buy as many vouchers as you want.
  6. Failure to redeem within the validity period will render the E-voucher invalid.
  7. The E-voucher can be redeemed at your selected Great Image branch one (1) day after the online purchase.
  8. The E-voucher can be redeemed from Mondays to Sundays during mall hours, except on the following dates: December 23-26, 30-31 and January 1-2.
  9. The E-voucher is only valid on your selected branch; switching of branches is strictly not allowed.
  10. A valid ID is required for verification upon redemption.
  1. Present your online booking confirmation via SMS or Email from the Great Image Booking / Reservation system to our frontliner staff.
  2. Valid for any photo sessions collection. However, if you use it for solo the prints are for solo. If for family the prints are for family, and etc.
  3. Changing of outfit is included in the time allocation. Make sure that you are ready and prepared when you come to our branch.
  4. Confirmed Booking/reservation package can only be claimed on your chosen branch.
  5. Please arrive on time! We have a 10 minute grace period for your slot and we will not adjust your schedule for there is another set of customers after your given time.
  6. Extra charges will apply to items purchased in excess value from the booking/reserve package specified.
  7. Booking/Reservation can be used in conjunction with other promo or discounts in the branches.
  8. Customers can book a maximum of 3 products/services at the same time.
  9. All booking/reservation date schedules are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.
  10. The customer is responsible for their booking/reservation schedule. No refunds or free reschedule within the lock in period of 3 days before your reserved time slot.
  11. Cancellation of booking/reservation is allowed but you have to reschedule by calling your chosen branch at least 3 days before the original schedule date. Otherwise, A rescheduling fee (50% of your package) will be charged should you wish to reschedule your slot after the lock-in period.
